This building functions as both a retail and office space with a contemporary design. The contrasting grey tones of the lighter Roche Grise cladding against the darker Basalt sills and frames serves to highlight and define the windows. On this project, a factory inspection with full dry lay was conducted in Italy to ensure accuracy and range consistency.
